Healthcheck

GET /v1/api-gateway/healthcheck

Operational liveness probe: returns HTTP 200 with the plain-text body OK (not JSON) whenever the API is reachable. No authentication required. It is not part of a card-issuing integration — it exists for uptime monitoring, and it reports nothing about your organization.
