Personal prepaid cards, reloadable or single-use
Moon X is a virtual Visa prepaid card you reload from the balance in your Moon account. Moon 1X is loaded once and kept apart from your balance. Use either online wherever Visa is accepted.
Two cards, one Moon account
Moon's personal cards are virtual Visa prepaid cards. You create them in your Moon account whenever you need one: choose New card, pick Moon X or Moon 1X, and the card is ready to use at online checkouts.
Moon X is linked to the prepaid balance in your account, so you can reload it and keep it for subscriptions and regular spending. Moon 1X is loaded once when you create it and isn't linked to your balance, which makes it a tidy way to pay for one purchase or one budget.
Because each card has its own number, the shops you buy from never see your bank card. You spend what you load, and every card, limit and payment sits in one dashboard.

Why use a Moon card
Ready in a few clicks
Create a virtual card from your Moon account whenever you need one. There's no plastic to wait for.
Your bank card stays private
Shops see your Moon card's number, never your bank card's, so a leak at one store stays with that card.
Spend only what you load
Prepaid means no credit line and no bill at the end of the month: when the money on a card is spent, it's spent.
Every card in one place
See your cards, payments, limits and usage in your Moon dashboard, and add a new card whenever you need one.
